IN ACTION
SEE IT IN ACTION.
New platform, no mystery. Here's what a day looks like when the office and the field run on the same truth. Three industries, three ordinary Tuesdays — and how Operate360 changes each one.
The scenarios below are illustrative — every capability described is real and available today. Case studies with named customers will follow as our first deployments complete.
A TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT TUESDAY.
06:40
A crew lead opens the app. Tomorrow's job is there with everything attached: the TM plan, the site photos requirement, the RAMS. His CSCS card and lifting certs show green — valid, checked automatically.
07:15
He clocks in on site. The office sees it instantly — no radio call, no WhatsApp message. His start is stamped with the time and the location.
10:30
A driver's fatigue record crosses the daily-hours threshold. The scheduler is warned before the next shift is assigned — not after the incident report is written.
16:00
The shift closes in the field: photos taken, equipment checked in, record signed. The office didn't chase anything today. Nothing arrives late, because nothing had to travel.
A CIVIL ENGINEERING TUESDAY.
08:00
A site engineer completes the daily log on her phone as the digger loads the last lorry: work done, ground conditions, weather, materials used, plant on site. Three minutes, on the kerb.
09:00
The supervisor reviews and approves it from the office — and the project's progress percentage updates itself. No estimate, no phone call. It's calculated from what was actually recorded.
12:00
An issue on another site is logged with photos and raised as an RFI. The project manager sees it before lunch, not in next month's report.
17:00
The client asks how the project's going. The answer is on screen, backed by every log, photo and approval — no evening spent compiling a report that was already written in the field.
A UTILITIES TUESDAY.
07:00
A supervisor tries to schedule works without a granted permit. The platform won't let the job start — not as a punishment, as a protection. The permit status is on screen with its conditions attached.
11:00
A reinstatement inspection fails on site: photos, defect type, severity, logged. A defect is raised automatically — with a remedial action, an owner and a due date. Nobody has to remember to follow up. It's already being followed up.
14:00
The compliance dashboard shows the street works score for the month: permits, notices, reinstatements, inspections — live, weighted, visible. Section 74 exposure is a number you can see coming, not an invoice you didn't.
17:30
Head office closes the day knowing every work, every permit and every reinstatement is exactly where it should be — with the evidence trail to prove it if anyone asks.
That's one Tuesday. Imagine every one.
Every capability in these scenarios is live in the platform today. The industries differ; the outcome is the same — work that's coordinated, protected and proven, minute by minute.
