Why We Built Operate360
Every one of us has stood in the rain filling in a form we knew nobody would read. Operate360 exists because we believe the industry deserves better.
We come from highways, utilities and construction. Between us, we've held just about every job this industry has: labouring, crewing, supervising, planning, managing contracts. And in all those years, one thing never changed — the paperwork.
Not the paperwork that protects people. The paperwork that exists because five systems don't talk to each other. The duplicate checks. The records that sit in a cab for a week before anyone sees them. The compliance that's proven with a photo of a photo, taken at 7am by someone who's already running late.
The industry doesn't have an information problem. It has a connection problem. The information exists — it's just scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, filing cabinets and people's heads.
So we built the platform we always wanted: one place where the office and the field see the same truth. Where records are captured once, at the moment the work happens. Where compliance is a live status, not a quarterly archaeology project. And where the checks that exist to protect people actually get the attention they deserve.
We started with the industries we know best — traffic management, civil engineering, construction and utilities. And we built the platform so it can follow the work wherever it goes, because the fundamentals never change: people, assets, schedules and rules.
We're not a software company that discovered infrastructure. We're infrastructure people who built the software. That's the difference. It's in everything Operate360 does — and it always will be.
