Meet Your Infrastructure Heroes: AI Assistants Built for the Field

Flow, Atlas, Forge and Grid — four AI assistants, each specialising in one of our platforms. Here's why we built them that way.

Generic AI assistants are impressive and useless in equal measure. Ask one about a permit condition on tomorrow's job and you'll get a confident paragraph about a different industry. So we didn't build a chatbot. We built four specialists — one per platform.

Flow keeps traffic management moving: shifts, crews, certificates, the operational answers, fast. Atlas handles civil engineering — analytical, structured, at home in specs and site records. Forge looks after construction operations — commercial, decisive, focused on progress and programme. And Grid coordinates utilities — permits, street works, compliance exposure across a whole network.

Each one works two ways. In the field, they're brief and practical: what's my next job, what do I need on this site, is my certification current. In the back office, they go deeper — spotting the pattern in this month's incidents, summarising what needs attention today, drafting the report you'd otherwise spend an evening on.

And they're safe by design. Reading information is one thing; changing it is another. The heroes follow the same permissions as the person they're assisting — they can propose, but operational changes always get a human's approval first. Every action is logged. Every suggestion is traceable.

The result isn't AI for its own sake. It's the right specialist, in the right platform, answering with your data — and knowing where the line is.

Ask them anything. They've been in the industry longer than most software companies have existed.
